EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Merchandise in original salable condition may be refunded back to the original form of payment or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. If you would like to exchange or refund your order, please email to christine@trescjewelry.com within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Shipping cost is complimentary on all exchange or return. Please assure that your return item is new and unused. If you choose to have refund, your refund will be credited to the original payment method, which can take up to 10 working days to show on your account. *Please note that Final Sale item or Pre-Order is only eligible for exchange only.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order processing takes between 2 to 3 business days. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
All orders (domestic and international) are shipped via CHUNGHWA Post Office with Tracking #.
